Do you offer phone support? While other companies charge a fee for any phone support issue, if you are an existing
customer, general support questions will be answered at no charge. While some basic problems can be solved on the
phone, complex problems will require an on-site call.
How do I know if my PC is infected with a Virus or Spyware? Your PC may be freezing up or running slower than
normal. Your internet home page may have changed and you can't change it back. You are getting numerous pop-ups
indicating your PC has a virus. These are just a few of the many issues that may indicate your PC has been infected.
Should I be backing up my PC data? At a minimum, you should be backing up everything in your DOCUMENTS Folder
to an external USB Drive, Thumb drive, or CD/DVD on a regular basis. We can help you setup a backup plan.
How can I stop the numerous pop-up ads on my PC? No program will catch everything but both Google and Yahoo
offer a free Browser Toolbar that includes a pop-up blocker. Click on either link above to download & install the program.
Is my PC Windows 7 ready? Windows 7 is the next version of Windows after Vista. You can test your PC for compatibility
by clicking on the Microsoft LINK and running the Upgrade Advisor Program. If your PC currently is running Vista, then it
should run Windows 7 but run the Advisor Program to be sure before you purchase the upgrade.
Is Windows 7 Easy to install? It depends on your level of technical knowledge. If done incorrectly, you could lose all of
your valuable data, especially if you are upgrading from Windows XP. Along with the upgrade software, new drivers for
video, sound, network, printers, and any other external devices connected to your PC will also have to be downloaded &
installed for everything to work properly. If you are unsure about doing the upgrade yourself, we can do it for you.
